Microbe - Manual Magnetic Scanner
The Microbe is a small hand held scanner with built in encoder and magnetic wheels. It is designed to translate probes around ferrous piping and vessels. Its small and ergonomic design makes it the perfect tool for encoding probe position. The Microbe is completely configurable for both phased array and traditional UT (Ultrasonic Testing) with single or multiple probes.
Rotix - Manual Chain Scanner
The Rotix is a manual “chain” scanner. It is designed to provide encoded probe position of probes circumferentially around tubes and pipes. The Rotix is completely configurable for both phased array and traditional UT (Ultrasonic Testing) with single or multiple probes.
Stix - Modular Manual Scanning System
The Stix is a modular probe holding system that can be used to create a custom scanner for any type of inspection. The system employs modular “building blocks” that are interchangeable and can be used to assemble a variety of different probe configurations. The Stix is completely configurable for both phased array and traditional UT (Ultrasonic Testing) with single or multiple probes.
TriPod - Motorized Tank & Vessel Scanner
The TriPod is a remote operated vehicle, used to translate instruments, cameras, or inspection devices along ferrous metal surfaces. Using three rare-earth magnets the crawler can climb vertical, horizontal, and inverted surfaces. The three wheeled computerized drive system allows the Tripod to rotate 360° on its own axis.
Navic - Modular Motorized Scanner
The Navic is a motorized scanning system designed to translate probes in weld scanning applications. The remote operated, steerable scanning platform is capable of circumferential scans from 70mm (2 3/4”) minimum OD to flat surfaces. Its joystick-controlled steering allows for smooth and accurate weld tracking.
Circ-it - Low Profile Small Diameter Scanner
The Circ-it is a manual small diameter scanner. It is designed to provide encoded position of probes circumferentially around piping and tubing ranging in size from 21.4mm (0.840in) to 114.3mm (4.500in). Due to the ultra low profile design the Circ-it scanner can operate in an 11mm (0.433in) radial clearance envelope. The Circ-it is completely configurable for both dual and single probe scanning applications.
Odi - Modular Encoder
The Odi encoder is used to provide encoded position of a probe along the scan axis. The small size of the Odi makes it a perfect tool for hard to access areas or where space is limited. The Odi has a clamp system so it can be used with any manufacturer’s wedge and probe combination. This also allows it to be clamped to a scanning frame to provide encoded position.
Pit Gage - Manual Pit Gage
The pit gage is a manual system used to measure surface variations. Its accuracy, ease of use, and modular design make it an essential tool for manual pit inspection.
Components and Accessories
All of Jireh's products feature components and accessories that are available individually. Using various components and accessories, custom scanning configurations can be built. It is also possible to order spare or replacement parts for an existing scanner.

Jireh Industries designs and manufactures custom NDT equipment for scanning welds, pipelines, vessels, boiler tubes, and more. Jireh creates manual, automated, and fully robotic systems (scanners) that ultilize Laser, Ultrasonic, and TOFD inspection technologies.  NDT, or nondestructive testing, refers to a variety of methods used to evaluate many different types of objects, structures, and materials without causing damage to whatever is being inspected.  Nondestructive testing is also commonly referred to as Nondestructive Evaluation (NDE), Nondestructive Inspection (NDI), or Nondestructive Examination (NDE).

Jireh’s scanners play an integral role in the inspection and nondestructive testing of materials in many different industries including oil & gas, power generation, aerospace, and more.
