Features
Features
- Modular Design: Using components from various Jireh product families, the Microbe can be quickly configured for many different scanning requirements.
- Integrated Umbilical Docking: The Microbe provides a platform on which any standard umbilical may be docked. No tools are required to remove and/or exchange the umbilical.
- Brake system: A park brake is provided to hold the scanner in any desired location.
- Wheels: The magnetic wheels are coated with urethane to prevent foreign debris from hindering smooth rolling of the scanner. The magnetic attraction may be approximately doubled by assembling an additional set of wheels as duals.
- Ergonomic handle: The ergonomic handle is removable without tools to allow easy access to protected connectors. It also provides cable management.
- Built in Encoder: An encoder is integrated into the body of the Microbe. The encoder output is fully compatible with all standard instruments.
